Personnel Composition

Dr Linde is the sole proprietor of LINDE LEARNING. He has well established and respected networks of professional people who are interested to work in collaboration with this enterprise.
 
Dr Linde honors the principles of gender, language and race equity, not only regarding the contents of the above-mentioned programmes, but also in terms of the composition of facilitators. The implication of this is that LINDE LEARNING facilitators are often selected to support these principles.

A creative combination of white/black, male/female and Afrikaans/English speaking facilitators are often in it-self healthy exposure to managers of client organisations.

SETQUAA STATUS
LINDE LEARNING has been accredited to the Services SETA since November 2002. Client companies who pay their levies to this SETA may claim back for training and development provided by this organisation.

LINDE LEARNING has been assessed and accredited by EmpowerDex as an enterprise which complies to their standards of Black Economic Empowerment.
